Maralonga

The route is located in Val Mara between Rovio and Arogno with 500 meters of altitude difference for a total length of 9.3 km.

It is quite challenging, consisting of several ups and downs mostly on forest paths (not suitable for strollers). The start and finish are located at Ala Materna in Rovio.

During the route there will be the opportunity to admire the valley from different perspectives, we will cross the Lembro and Mara rivers, enter the historic village of Arogno and conclude our walk in the suggestive chestnut forest at Ala Materna in Rovio.
